Which locations are available?
How fast are servers deployed?
We aim to deploy your server as quickly as possible after the order is paid. Please allow 12-24 hours for setup to be completed.
Is DDoS protection included?
All servers come with best-effort DDoS protection included as standard. Capacity and mitigation capabilities vary by location. Please contact us if you wish to learn more.
Which operating systems can be installed?
You can install many Linux-based operating systems. We'll install the initial OS for you.
What is a Dedicated Server?
A Dedicated Server is a server that is truly yours. These servers are unmanaged, so you will have to perform all system installations and setups. Dedicated Servers are perfect if you would like to truly have power.
Do you offer cancellations/refunds?
To cancel a Dedicated Server, you must notify us at least 10 days prior to renewal, otherwise you will be charged. We do not offer refunds for Dedicated Servers under any circumstances.
Can you install Pterodactyl on my server?
We will offer Pterodactyl panel installations on a case-by-case basis. Please open a ticket after purchasing to enquire.
Do I get a control panel?
You'll be able to manage your server from within our Dedicated Server Panel, so you're in full control. You can view server configuration, OS/login credentials, usage summary, bandwidth stats and more. You can also view DDoS history, KVM & IP information, and other handy features.
