Modern Hardware

1: Written Application

The written application forms asks you a series of questions so that we can assess your suitability for the company. You'll also submit your personal details and often be required to upload a CV.

Instant Setup

2: Candidate Assessment

If your written application is approved then we'll contact you within 1-2 weeks. You'll be required to complete an assessment to test that you have the knowledge and skills required for the job.

3: Candidate Interview

If your candidate assessment is approved, then you'll be asked to participate in a voice interview. In the interview, we'll learn more about your experience, personality, and soft skills.

Assuming your interview is successful, we'll send you an offer of employment. If you choose to accept, then you'll have a 14 day probation period to help you settle in. We will provide full onboarding training and mentoring.

Support Team (Technical & Billing)

Position Type: Remote, Part-Time

Employment Type: Voluntary

PlutoNode is in search of proactive individuals to join our support team. You'll be responsible for providing technical support, billing support, and general customer service. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving all kinds of problems which may arise.

Requirements:

  • Applicants must be at least 16 years old at the time of application.
  • Previous experience in a customer support role within the hosting industry.
  • The ability to speak and write in fluent English, alongside excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently or as part of a team, within a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of our products, policies and overall brand.
  • Advanced technical knowledge of Minecraft servers and their inner-workings.
  • Experience using the Pterodactyl panel software.

  • Preferences:

  • Experience using WHMCS is not required (full training will be provided), but is a plus.
  • Technical knowledge of Discord bots and website hosting is not required, but is a plus.

  • Responsibilities:

  • You'll be constantly interacting with customers in a high-volume environment.
  • You'll be expected to handle support tickets through our Client Area.
  • You'll be given the option to handle support enquiries through our live chat software.
  • You'll be working alongside other members of the support team to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • You'll be escalating tickets to specific team members and other teams as required.

    Marketing Team (Customer Success / Outreach)

    PlutoNode is in search of proactive individuals to join our marketing team to focus on researching potential clients, building relationships, and driving outreach initiatives that lead to new sales opportunities. This involves identifying high-value prospects, executing outreach campaigns, and boosting customer success.

    Requirements:

  • Applicants must be at least 16 years old at the time of application.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, and building strong client relationships.
  • The ability to speak and write in fluent English, alongside excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently or as part of a team, within a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of our products, policies and overall brand.
  • Self-motivated, with excellent time management and organisational skills.

  • Preferences:

  • Previous marketing experience within the hosting industry is not required, but is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and email marketing platforms is not required, but is a plus.

  • Responsibilities:

  • You'll conduct research to identify potential clients and target markets for outreach efforts.
  • You'll develop and execute tailored outreach strategies through email, LinkedIn, and Discord to engage potential clients.
  • You'll be working alongside other members of the marketing team to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • You'll create personalised outreach content, including email templates, messaging sequences, and follow-up communications.
  • You'll stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to refine outreach strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • You'll be escalating tickets to specific team members and other teams as required.
  • You'll be working alongside other members of the marketing team to drive sales and customer success.
