Andromeda is our custom-built control panel for Game Hosting and Discord Bot Hosting services. It runs on the Pterodactyl software, has its own unique theme, and has tons of both core and additional features. Andromeda is designed, developed and maintained by PlutoNode.
Aesthetic
We've perfected the Andromeda UI to be sleek and modern, allowing intuitive and simple server management. Although it's packed full of handy features, using it could not be easier. If you do get stuck, we have extensive documentation and video tutorials to guide you.
Core Features
Rest assured, all essential features are included in the panel. You'll have full console, backup and database management, schedules, audit logs, advanced settings, startup options, a file manager, a player manager, a version/modpack/plugin installer, allocations and subdomains.
Advanced Features
Andromeda also includes some more advanced features. These consist of reverse proxies, a node package installer, server splitting, a premade setups installer, Votifier plugin testing, server upgrades and more. We've created the best possible customer experience.

Which locations are available?
Do you limit player slots?
No. All Game Hosting plans allow unlimited players regardless of the game. We recommend taking player slots into consideration when choosing a plan, since having more players online will affect performance.
Can I add subusers to my server?
To add subusers, you will need to invite them to your server. This can be done via the Andromeda Panel's subusers section. Make sure to be careful when choosing which permissions each user has.
How do I upload my files?
PlutoNode provides a file manager where you can upload and manage your server files. To upload folders and large files, you'll need to use an FTP client such as FileZilla.
Do I get a dedicated IP address/ports?
By default, your server will be assigned three random ports. If you need a dedicated IP address (to use dedicated ports) please select the Dedicated IP Address addon at checkout. This costs an additional £5.00/mo per service.
How do I use a custom domain?
You can use your own domain (from a domain registrar) by connecting it to your server using DNS records. You can also create a free subdomain (e.g. xxx.pluto-mc.com or xxx.plutohost.xyz) through the panel's subdomain manager.
Do you offer premade Minecraft setups?
We offer a few premade Minecraft setups, which can be installed through our panel in just one click. These setups are created by PlutoNode, for our customers to use free of charge.
How many backups and databases do I get?
All Game Hosting plans come with five free backups and mySQL databases by default. All backups are stored externally, to ensure that your data remains safe and secure.
How much storage do I get?
Minecraft plans come with 160GB storage, and all other games come with 40GB storage. Please open a ticket if you require additional storage.
Are the servers online 24/7?
Yes. Your server will remain online 24/7 even if you're not online.
How many times can I split my server?
Each plan can be split three times. You can use the server splitter feature within the Andromeda Panel to do this. This is an experimental feature - please contact us if you encounter any issues.
How do I login to the panel?
As a new customer, you will receive an email with instructions on how to log in to your Andromeda Panel account and set a password. This is a separate account to your Client Area account. You can reset your password directly from the Andromeda Panel if you lose it.
Can I connect my Minecraft server to Minehut?

Do you have a demo account for the panel?
Yes. You can login to the Andromeda Panel using "demo" as the username and password. Demo servers reset every 24 hours.
