Where are your servers located?
PlutoNode operates around the world, with locations currently in North America and Europe. We're always looking to expand to new locations in future, as our business expands. We can transfer your server to a different location completely free-of-charge, because you shouldn't have to pay extra for no reason.
Can I upgrade my plan if I need more resources?
We understand the importance of being able to upgrade and downgrade your plan. You're able to easily switch between plans, in only a few clicks. You can also upgrade individual options (storage, backups, databases, and splits) on our Minecraft plans without needing to upgrade the entire plan!
Where can I contact support?
You're able to contact us 24/7 through tickets, email and live chat. You can also find community support in our Discord server, or read articles on our docs.
How do I manage my server?
We provide intuitive, aesthetic and feature-packed control panels with all services. Depending on the service, you'll use either our Andromeda Panel, Web Panel (DirectAdmin), or Dedicated Panel. Andromeda is our custom-built panel, developed and maintained by PlutoNode, and runs on the Pterodactyl software.
Do you offer server splitting?
Server splitting is where you purchase one plan and split it into multiple servers. All Minecraft plans come with splits included, so there's no need to pay extra!
Which payment methods are accepted?
We currently only accept PayPal as a payment method. You're able to pay with either a PayPal account or a debit/credit card (without logging in). We also accept payments via bank transfer on a case-by-case basis; please open a ticket if you require this.
